One of the best ways to prepare for a hurricane or any storm is to install hurricane panels on your windows. Hurricane panels are made of two layers that are sandwiched together, typically fiberglass and asphalt. This material is then attached to the roof and has holes that allow water vapor through but not rainwater. Hurricane panels also have an extra layer of protection in that they can be installed during heavy rain as well as high winds, which leaves them protected from debris such as branches and leaves when they’re installed during a storm.

Hurricane panels are one of the best ways to prepare for a hurricane or any storm because they provide protection against high wind gusts, heavy rains and even flying debris from trees or other objects blown about by strong winds. The panel coverings consist of two layers – typically fiberglass with asphalt – which sandwich together with holes in them so water vapor can escape but not raindrops themselves.

Hurricane storm panels are usually made from lightweight plastics and aluminum. They are designed to form a barrier against hurricane-force winds, heavy rains, and flying debris. Hurricane panels can be installed on the roof of a home or building in order to provide protection against severe weather conditions.
